Your next step is to choose an independent Avis builder in your area. You will be working with your builder who will order your home—built to your specifications—from AvisAmerica. Your builder is also responsible for all the site work, including the foundation, and will be there every step of the way to help you out with the construction process.

Step 3: Customize Your Design
After you select a builder, you can now begin working with them on your Avis Home design. This is where you match your desires and needs with the Avis floor plan that best suits it. Working with your Avis builder, you will revise the plan as much as necessary until you are satisfied with the design of your home.
